I’m working with on a lovely variety of projects this Summer. I’m Movement Director on Armley People’s Theatre’s original show ‘Fairy Tale in Armley’ and am also working on movement with Interplay’s LS12 Theatre for their upcoming devised show. With Pyramid I’m working with Matthew Bellwood and the Ribblehead group to create an installation for Pyramid’s 30th Birthday celebrations in the Autumn. On Tuesdays I teach Leeds Children’s Circus’ youngest group for kids and their parents to enjoy together.
I’ve initiated an Improvisation Research Group at Open Source Arts and am delighted that a fantastic group of professional musicians and movers are coming together each week. Improvisation Exchange continues each month and on June 16th I’m leading an Underscore.
In July I’m looking forward to spending a week with Colour Full and JoAnne Haines at Square Chapel Halifax, combining movement and paint to create something extremely messy and colourful and to teaching Pro Dance Leeds 15-18 July.
