Lots of studio time at the moment rehearsing ‘Touch’ with Four Hands ready for performances in Leeds 1st and 8th March and taking class. My upcoming workshops for adults include ‘Sound, Body, Space’ on Sunday 29th March which I’m leading with improvising musician Henry McPherson exploring the borders between movement and sound, a Contact Improvisation Fundamentals course starting on March 25th and teaching at London Contact Improvisation 4th July. For kids/families there’s Moving Magic on 29th Feb as part of Yorkshire Dance’s Family Encounters Festival, Animal Dance at Leeds City Museum on 3rd June and Family Circus every Tuesday. I’m working with Harehills Playgroup to set up a year of dance activity for pre-schoolers and their families so watch this space for more news of that!
